Why did I write it?
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a lot of anxiety in society. This can clearly be noticed when the subject is discussed in private situations. People are still angry, confused and often very opinionated about the subject. One could say that the pandemic has driven a wedge in society. This situation made me wanting to contribute by bringing clarity to the situation by means of analysing different view points. The intention of the book is not to point fingers but to understand. Especially the reasons why polarisation took place require deeper analysis with the aim to bring nuance to the discussion. By doing this I hope to contribute in a modest way to alleviate tensions regarding this difficult subject.

This book has been written in 2026. The contents of this book consist of compiled information collected from publicly available online sources and the thoughts of the writer.
